Exceptions

The following are conditions when Outlook files and folders cannot be synchronized:

• Network drives/shares
• Synchronize business contact manager
• Synchronize only special appointments in Outlook calendar
• Synchronize only special subfolders in a Sync Folder 
• Permissions management 
• Synchronize Outlook Profiles/Rules/E-Mail accounts
• Synchronising user-defined settings
• Master drives such as C:, D:, Z: etc.
• Windows system files and all folders beneath the folder "Windows"
• Directories with Windows application data
• Databases, such as QuickBooks or Dreamweaver
• The Outlook folders "Deleted Items" and "Outbox"
