How can I send log files manually?

To collect the SYNCING.NET log files manually please

• click on "Start" -> "Run", type in %APPDATA% and press "Enter"
• double-click the folder SYNCING.NET
• right-click the folder "log" and choose "Send To" -> "Compressed (zipped) Folder"
• right-click the folder "config" and choose "Send To" -> "Compressed (zipped) Folder"

Both files log.zip and config.zip please send via e-mail to support@syncing.net.
