If our authentication service is temporary not available, you receive the following error message:

If you receive the error message for a longer time or the error message appears although another computer is online, you should check the following steps:

Please check your Internet connection first.

If an Internet connection exists, check your firewall settings or if an Anti-virus software blocks SYNCING.NET. Try to find out and deactivate this program temporary or allow SYNCING.NET to pass. Please allow the following IP addresses access to the Internet:

IP: 92.205.232.131

In addition, please allow the executable files SyncService.exe, SyncingOLWatchService.exe and NotificationService.exe access to the firewall settings.

If you are using a Hardware-Router, it’s possible that some Port are blocked. SYNCING.NET is using the TCP/IP Ports 443 and 55556 (you can also change the port via SYNCING.NET -> Configuration ->Options -> Account) .

If everything seems to be okay, you can check the connection to our server:

Click Start -> Run…, enter “cmd” and click “OK”.

Type in “ping snt-app0.asbyte.com” and click Enter. Now the following text should be displayed:

Pinging snt-app0.asbyte.com [92.205.232.131] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 92.205.232.131: bytes=32 time=101ms TTL=128
Reply from 92.205.232.131: bytes=32 time=90ms TTL=128
Reply from 92.205.232.131: bytes=32 time=94ms TTL=128
Reply from 92.205.232.131: bytes=32 time=85ms TTL=128

Ping statistics for 92.205.232.131:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 85ms, Maximum = 101ms, Average = 92ms

If this doesn’t help please install SYNCING.NET again. Download SYNCING.NET and install it over your existing version. All settings, "Sync Folders" or "Outlook Groups" and license keys will be retained. Then please check point 2 again.
