3 Computer, which require different folders

In the following examples, the Outlook folder 'Calendar' from PC 1 to PC2 is synchronized, and PC 1 and PC3 synchronize only the Outlook folder 'Tasks'. All computers have SYNCING.NET Business Edition installed.

Synchronize a Calendar between PC 1 and PC 2:

  1. Sign in with different E-Mail addresses on each computer
  2. Begin with the computer which contains the latest data.
  3. Create a new Outlook Group on PC 1 and select the Calendar.
  4. Invite only the E-Mail address of PC 2.
  5. On PC 2 select the (1:1 "Use existing Outlook folders") import option (Note: a backup folder will be automatically created).

Synchronize Tasks between PC 1 and PC 3:

  1. Create another Outlook Group on PC 1 and select the Tasks folder.
  2. Invite only the E-Mail address of PC 3.
  3. On PC 3 select the (1:1 "Use existing Outlook folders") import option (Note: a backup folder will be automatically created).


Synchronize Contact between all PCs:

  1. Begin with the computer which contains the latest data.
  2. In our example, this would be PC 1.
  3. Create a new Outlook Group on PC 1.
  4. Select the Contact folder.
  5. Next, send invitations using E-Mail addresses for PC 2 and PC 3.
  6. On both PC 2 and PC 3, select the (1:1"Use existing Outlook folders") Import option (Note: a backup folder will be automatically created).
