Preparing data for synchronization

Once your friends or colleagues have been invited to the SYNCING.NET "Outlook Group" you created, on your PC only the current contents of your Outlook folders are prepared for export. Depending on the size of the selected Outlook folder(s), this process could take a few minutes or even hours.
