Why isn’t the SYNCING.NET Auto Update reported to all users simultaneously?

By staggering the notifications for an updated version of our software, we ensure a faster update to all users who go to download the new version. The notifications are only sent out for a specific time period. This allows the load on our servers to be distributed properly, ensuring better service to all of our customers by allowing for faster and smoother downloads. It also allows our support teams a broader timeframe to service the customers who have questions about their updates. 

SYNCING.NET software periodically checks whether an update is available on your PC. Because this can take place at different times depending on a specific computer’s unique settings, it is possible that the examination on one of your computers in the "active period" of notifications will not coincide with that on another of your computers. For this reason, there can be an occasion where a PC might not receive an update availability notification.
